Sonar reports 14 Web:InputWithoutLabelCheck findings, 12 of them in internal/webui/templates/rules.html, and 4 Web:S5255 findings asking for aria-label or aria-labelledby on elements across two templates. Give every input an id with an associated label element and add the aria attributes. Accessibility fix for the operator review UI, no server-side change. Part of the SonarQube cleanup tracking issue.
