Closes #68, part of the SonarQube cleanup in #73. Sonar flagged 14 inputs without an associated label across rules.html, list.html and login.html, and four nav landmarks in calls.html and list.html without an accessible name. Every flagged input now has a unique id and a visually hidden label element, using a standard clip-pattern visually-hidden class appended to style.css. Ids inside range loops are built from the tool name, rule kind and rule index, and the constraint form derives its id prefix from tool, index and flag so each row stays unique. The type select in the constraint form is labelled too. The four nav elements get aria-label values naming the tab bar and the two filters. No input name, form action or template data reference changed, verified by diffing the name attributes per file, and no Go file or test was touched. All gates pass. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
