Drops windsurf from the harness registry.

  • Removed renderWindsurf, its registry entry, and windsurf from order.
  • Cleaned mentions in init help/flags, harness tests (topKey + URL-key maps), and docs/getting-started.qmd.
  • Design doc keeps windsurf in its historical analysis tables (point-in-time record).

Registry now: agy, claude, cursor, opencode, gemini, pi, roo. Build/vet/test/golangci-lint clean; harness list shows no windsurf.

mentions in init help/flags, tests, and getting-started docs. The design doc
retains windsurf in its historical analysis tables. Registry is now 7 harnesses:
