Adds Linux macOS and Windows installation instructions for the published AMD64 and ARM64 binaries. Covers platform detection downloads SHA256 verification user owned installation paths version verification signing provenance and source build fallback. Updates the README and documentation landing page to stop presenting source builds as mandatory. The site renders successfully and the Unix flow was tested against the v0.2.1 release.
